@KAEL & VAEL
Let your AI companion actually live in your NetEase Cloud account.
Give the NetEase Cloud account to your AI companion for use together. It can view your music listening records and recommendations, and can also directly create, organize playlists, and collect songs, making the music space a place where both parties can participate.

PROJECT INTRO
Project introduction
netease-music-mcp allows AI to use your NetEase Cloud account directly. your AI companion can view playlists, listening records, hearts, daily recommendations and private FM, and can also create playlists, add songs, delete songs, sort and modify descriptions.
It can also read lyrics and song details to help your AI companion understand what you have been listening to recently. "Play" in the project mainly returns the song link or play card, and does not remotely control the NetEase Cloud App to automatically start playing.
- Suitable for:I hope that your AI companion will not only recommend music, but also be a person who manages real NetEase Cloud accounts and playlists together.
- Account permissions:You need to provide your own MUSIC_U and CSRF login credentials; operations such as adding playlists, collecting and organizing will directly affect the real account.
- Network security:The current MCP service itself does not have access authentication and listens to 0.0.0.0. It is not recommended to directly expose the port to the public network; it is preferentially placed behind the local machine, a trusted intranet, or a reverse proxy with authentication.
- Upstream and licensing:Based on the overall rewrite of Cheiineeey/netease-music-mcp, the tools and account operation capabilities have been greatly expanded; the current license is MIT.
