Project introduction
Mnemo Cortex divides memory into Smart Notes for priority recall and complete Session Logs, and also sets up a structured Facts table. Each record can be tagged with source and category; Facts uses three levels of confidence: verified, high_probability, and false to provide accurate query, change history, and conflict notification.
The system also supports semantic search, nightly Dream integration, rule guarding, MCP/REST interface, encrypted USB synchronization and multi-model access. New facts extracted automatically enter high_probability by default; when they conflict with existing verified records, they will be rejected and handed over to a person or agent for adjudication. Therefore, verified here indicates the priority within the library and does not mean that the project has independently verified the facts from external sources.
