Project introduction

kiwi-mem is a long-term memory system designed for AI companion scenarios. It combines vector search with memory popularity to prioritize recall based on recent access, time and importance.

The system also provides Dream/sleep integration and calendar-style hierarchical summary, which gradually precipitates daily fragments into long-term structures of weeks and months.
