uses low-GPU video images to allow local agents to have expressions, emotions, and voices on the display.
Ghost Vessel connects local Agents such as Hermes and OpenClaw to the avatar window resident on the desktop. Replies will be split into three layers: performance, dialogue and data. Characters use video clips to make expressions and standby actions, while codes and files are left in chat cards.

Project introduction
Ghost Vessel is a video avatar front-end for local Agents. It supports fine-grained expression fragments, moods that change with praise or blame and slowly return, blink and rest standby, voice input and output, and a slash command menu dynamically read from the real Agent.
The runtime only plays pre-rendered MP4s, so no real-time GPU inference is required. The repository comes with 2D starting characters and production tool chains that can be used directly. Users can also make any 2D, 3D or abstract image into their own emoticon package; separately sold human-style presets are not included in the open source repository.

- Usage:Select or create an avatar preset, run the bridge and player, and connect to Hermes, OpenClaw or a custom Agent.
