Project introduction
DeepSeek Harness, referred to as DSH, is an open source coding agent officially tested by DeepSeek. Not only does it answer code questions, but it can also enter a selected workspace, read and modify files, run shell commands, retrieve information, create plans, and complete multi-step development tasks.
Ordinary users can install Node.js and run npx @deepseek-ai/dsh web, then configure the model in the browser, select the project directory and start the task. Standard mode already includes capabilities such as file editing, shell, retrieval, skills, targets, sub-agents, and workflow.
