Callhome
@CHEIINEEEY
Let your AI companion take the initiative to call, hang up gently, and also leave a voice message when missed.
Callhome strings the PWA phone interface, speech recognition, acoustic features, model Gateway and TTS into a complete call. AI can decide to call, explain the reason, understand the reason for rejecting the call, and leave time for people to continue talking before ending.

PROJECT INTRO
Project introduction
Callhome is a self-hosted AI companion voice calling solution. It supports active calls from partners, continuous push of simulated ringtones, quick rejection, natural language do not disturb, voice messages after missed calls, and flexible hang-up that allows you to say goodbye first and then wait for a few seconds.
Speech Link combines SenseVoice emotion labels with acoustic signatures relative to a person's baseline, making "lighter and slower than usual" available context. The project provides runnable STT services, protocols, Gateway and PWA reference implementations. Character settings, memories and keys are all configured by users.
- Suitable for:People who want an AI companion with proactive phone calls, voice messages, and more nuanced call etiquette.
- Platform:Self-hosted server plus mobile PWA; voice model and TTS service can be replaced.
- Usage:Deploy speech recognition, Gateway and PWA, and then connect your own model, TTS, push and personality configuration.
- License:MIT; connected model weights and commercial voice services are subject to their terms.
