PROJECT INTRO

Project introduction

AI-Gameboy is See-Sol-Lab's local retro game console. Pocket Crossing and Pocket Tabletop support a human and an AI, or two AIs adventuring together. In Pocket Night Shop, one AI runs a secondhand shop while the human follows its customers and stories. The game interface is in Chinese, with actions and progress saved locally.

The full console needs a running computer and an AI that can connect to tools. Crossing and Tabletop also require a storytelling model service. Night Shop needs no extra game-master model, though your AI client's usual charges still apply. Its single-file text-only edition requires Python 3.11+, without the console webpage or an extra game connection.

  • Suitable for:People who want to roleplay and solve mysteries with an AI, or watch it run a shop and share what happened.
  • Connection:A computer-operating AI can help install it locally. Web or mobile AI players require additional remote access setup and a client that supports external tools.
  • Costs and privacy:Adventure cartridges generally incur extra model charges. Saves stay local, while remote players and the game master receive content needed for play. Keep API keys and seat invitations private.
  • License:PolyForm Noncommercial 1.0.0: play, modify, and share under its terms; commercial use is outside this license.
